Some items for your attention:
Final Draft of Sciath na Scol Fixtures:
- Away to GS an Ghoirt Alainn and GS Chorain on Tuesday 8th October at 1pm in Brian Dillons GAA
- Away to Killeagh and Little Island on Thursday October 10th at 12.30 pm in Erin’s Own GAA
- Cloyne Monday October 14th venue and time to be confirmed.
Shamrocks GAA Hurling & Football Academy (boys)
- Starts Saturdays, from October 5th in Shamrock Grounds, Shanbally at 11.15 am to 12.45 pm. Training moves indoors in November to the NMCI Ringaskiddy on Friday nights. All players and beginners welcome (Age 4 years +)
First Holy Communion
Planning Meeting for the Do This in Memory programme is on Tuesday 8th October @ 8pm in Shanbally NS.
Fundraising Walk
- The Shanbally NS fundraising walk in aid of The Children’s Ward, CUH is on Saturday October 12th at 2.30pm.
Clothes Recycling School Fundraiser
- Lenrec will be at the school on Friday October 25th and will take clothes, shoes, belts, phones, books etc. You can start dropping these items to the school Halla from now.
Mid-Term Break
- The school closes for mid-term on Friday October 25th at normal closing times and reopens on Monday 4th November.
Parent/Teacher Meetings
- Parent/Teacher meetings are scheduled for Wednesday November 27th and Thursday November 28th 2013. All Infants and siblings finish at 12.30pm.All others at 12.45pm.
Confirmation
The date for Confirmation has been fixed for Tuesday March 11th 2014.
Lego/Duplo
ü We would appreciate any Lego or Duplo that you no longer use at home, for the children to use during lunchtimes and on wet days to promote social inclusion and learning.
